Can't make it to the office during office hours?
No Problem!!!!!

1. Download forms- fill out - mail with payment to Kids, Inc. office.

2. Download forms - fill out - bring to office anytime with payment and put in dropbox.

3. Stop by Kids, Inc anytime and pick up a registration form from the handy box by the
door - fill out - put form and payment into provided envelope and put into drop box or
mail.

4. Stop into Kids, Inc during regular business hours to fill out your forms or bring your
downloaded forms with you along with your payment.

***Registration and waiver forms will be
accepted ONLY for the sports currently
registering. Check the individual sports page for
dates!!***

To apply for a scholarship you will need a
Certification Letter from the school district as
proof of enrollment in the free lunch program to
turn in along with your completed scholarship
form
